The short form. Full terms accompany every written quote — dated, numbered, and signed.
Quotes
Quotes are issued in writing, priced per kilogram, and state Incoterm, validity period, and payment terms. Verbal indications are not offers.
Samples
Type samples are dispatched within 48 hours and represent the lot as cupped on the stated date. Pre-shipment samples are available on request for contracted volume.
Shipping
We sell FOB, CFR, or DAP. Risk and title transfer per the Incoterm stated on the contract. Delivered weights are determined at destination against a stated tolerance.
Quality
Every lot is sold against its published specification — screen, moisture, and cupping score. Claims must be raised in writing within 10 days of delivery, with the reference sample as arbiter.
Payment
Terms are stated per contract. First transactions are typically cash against documents; running accounts are agreed after trading history is established.
